President
Jim Rock is an accomplished leader of businesses that have delivered software, hardware and professional services solutions for a variety of markets. Rock is the former CEO of Akustica, Inc., a company he formed in 2001 to commercialize innovative technology from Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to Akustica, Rock was co-founder and General Manager of Zefer Corporation, a leading software and services company, where he led a division that contributed to the company's growth to $138 million in revenue. Rock earned a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Penn State University.

Maureen Ladouceur, RN
Vice President, Clinical Solutions
As vice president of clinical solutions for Vocollect Healthcare Systems, Maureen Ladouceur is responsible for the delivery of clinical consultative services to our customers and business development initiatives. As part of her role, Ladouceur brings clinical consultative experience across healthcare, national account strategies and ongoing leadership and guidance, including clinical consultants, clinical managers and marketing professionals. She is also highly adept at cultivating key executive relationships to ensure customer loyalty and retention; and as an RN, also blends clinical knowledge with technological initiatives to help customers achieve their goals in areas of both quality and productivity through automation. Ladouceur holds an MBA in healthcare finance and administration from the Pennsylvania State University, as well as a BSN from the University of Pittsburgh.

Jim Logan
Vice President, Products
For over 25 years, Jim Logan has successfully led entrepreneurial product research, development and delivery for Westinghouse research and development, several successful startups, and at Vocollect, Inc. As vice president of products for Vocollect Healthcare Systems, Logan is utilizing his expertise in identifying and implementing new ways of working with AccuNurse customers, especially with new product applications for new markets or new strategic requirements. Logan led the Products group that defined and implemented AccuNurse 2.0. Logan holds eight patents and holds a BSEE from the University of Pittsburgh, an MSEE from Carnegie-Mellon, and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon's Tepper School.

Rebecca Single
Director of Finance
As director of finance, Rebecca Single is responsible for leadership and development of comprehensive financial analysis and business support for AccuNurse, including financial planning, budgets and providing financial management that aligns with strategic initiatives and organizational priorities. Prior to AccuNurse, Single was manager of financial planning and analysis, and then director of financial operations and analysis for Vocollect, Inc. Prior to her career with Vocollect, she was controller at Kennametal, Inc. based in Pittsburgh. Single holds an Achieved Executive MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a bachelor's in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Amy Harvey
Director of Professional Services
Amy Harvey is director of professional services for Vocollect Healthcare Systems, responsible for the overall quality service delivery of the AccuNurse product to Vocollect customers. In her role, Harvey brings more than 10 years of experience in managing global projects, product development, and service delivery initiatives in multiple technology markets including healthcare and electronic payment systems. She holds a master's in information systems engineering from Western International University, and a master's certification in project management from Villanova University.

Jim Shearon, RN
Senior Clinical Manager
As part of the Clinical Solutions team, Jim Shearon helps to ensure the measurable success of AccuNurse clinically & financially across our customer base. In additional to clinical nursing, Jim has experience as an RNAC and a case mix specialist for a large for-profit chain. Jim is a seasoned expert in quality improvement and MDS compliance and he leverages this experience in the delivery of clinical consultative services to our customers. He received his bachelor's degree in nursing from Clarion University of Pennsylvania, RN certification from West Penn Hospital School of Nursing, master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Saint Francis-Joliet, Illinois.

As director of customer support for Vocollect Healthcare Systems, Craig Wilkins leads the AccuNurse customer experience as our long-term care facilities transition their staff and internal workflow to a voice-enabled resident care environment. Wilkins directs a team of customer support specialists committed to delivering outstanding service, both in the field with our customers and from our 24x7 operations center in Pittsburgh. Wilkins is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and holds technical certifications from Microsoft, Novell, and Cisco Systems.
