Jim Rock | President
Jim Rock is an accomplished leader of businesses that have delivered software, hardware and professional services solutions for a variety of markets. Rock is the former CEO of Akustica, Inc., a company he formed in 2001 to commercialize innovative technology from Carnegie Mellon University. Prior to Akustica, Rock was co-founder and General Manager of Zefer Corporation, a leading software and services company, where he led a division that contributed to the company's growth to $138 million in revenue. Rock earned a Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Penn State University.
Maureen Ladouceur, RN | Vice President, Clinical Solutions
As vice president of clinical solutions for Vocollect Healthcare Systems, Maureen Ladouceur is responsible for the delivery of clinical consultative services to our customers and business development initiatives. As part of her role, Ladouceur brings clinical consultative experience across healthcare, national account strategies and ongoing leadership and guidance, including clinical consultants, clinical managers and marketing professionals. She is also highly adept at cultivating key executive relationships to ensure customer loyalty and retention; and as an RN, also blends clinical knowledge with technological initiatives to help customers achieve their goals in areas of both quality and productivity through automation. Ladouceur holds an MBA in healthcare finance and administration from the Pennsylvania State University, as well as a BSN from the University of Pittsburgh.
Rebecca Single | Vice President, Operations
As vice president of operations, Rebecca has the dual role of leadership and development of AccuNurse professional services and support operations, as well as financial analysis and business support, including financial planning, budgets and financial management that aligns with strategic business goals. Prior to AccuNurse, Single was manager of financial planning and analysis, and then director of financial operations and analysis for Vocollect, Inc. Prior to her career with Vocollect, she was controller at Kennemetal, Inc. based in Pittsburgh. Single holds an Achieved Executive MBA from the Katz Graduate School of business from the University of Pittsburgh, as well as a bachelor's in accounting from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Amy Harvey | Vice President, Product Development
Amy Harvey is Vice President of Product Development for Vocollect Healthcare Systems, responsible for development of the Accunurse product and customer technical support. In her role, Harvey brings more than 10 years of experience in product development, project management, and service delivery in multiple technology markets including healthcare and electronic payment systems. She holds a master's in information systems engineering from Western International University, and a master's certification in project management from Villanova University.
